Communications Trend Radar 2024
Within and beyond the realm of AI: For the fourth time, a research team led by Professors Stefan Stieglitz (University of Potsdam) and Ansgar Zerfass (Leipzig University) has identified relevant trends for corporate communication in the areas of society, management and technology. The interdisciplinary study focuses on trends that will have an impact on everyday work and the strategy of communications departments.
Five trends were identified for 2024 and assessed in terms of their importance for corporate communications:

- Workforce Shift
- Content Integrity
- Decoding Humans
