Jan also shared his vision for the future of the Academic Society in the coming years.

What inspired you to join the Executive Board?

„I believe that the further scientific foundation of communications practice is highly desirable. Now I felt I can step up and do my bit to help make the exchange even more targeted and fruitful.“

How can communication science benefit from the industry and vice versa?

“Industry faces substantial communications challenges every day, and they provide a highly relevant playing field for scientific inquiry.

»Science and industry share – and shape – the same societal reality. There is a lot to do.«
