Lea Greminger is a research assistant in the department of Prof. Dr. Sophia C. Volk at Ludwig Maximilian University Munich. Among other things, she supports the “Colleague AI” research project, which examines the integration of artificial intelligence into corporate work practices. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. She then continued her academic career with a master’s degree in “Media and Political Communication” at Freie Universität Berlin and conducted research at the Weizenbaum Institute on the implications of generative AI for the world of work.
