Psychological safety and the role of corporate communications
On September 30 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, our webinar on “Psychological Safety and the role of corporate communications” will take place.
The webinar will be held in English, but questions may also be asked in German during the discussion session.
What is it about?
The webinar explores psychological safety among employees and the role of corporate communications. It presents findings on employees’ needs as well as on the measures and activities implemented by communications professionals to promote and safeguard psychological safety within organizations.
Based on these insights, key implications for professional practice will be derived.
- Sabine Einwiller – Professor of Public Relations Research at the Department of Communication at the University of Vienna, where she heads the Chair and Research Group for Corporate Communications. Prior to this, she held a professorship at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, earned her doctorate and habilitation at the University of St. Gallen, and worked for BASF.
- Jens Hagelstein – Postdoctoral researcher in the Research Group for Corporate Communications at the Department of Communication at the University of Vienna. Previously, he worked as a research associate and doctoral researcher at the Chair of Strategic Communication at the Leipzig University and was a scholarship holder of the European Public Relations Education and Research Association.
