Raphaela Stibor ist Doktorandin im Projekt „Taking a stance? Corporate communications on socio-political topics in the context of diverging and changing expectations“ am Institut für Kommunikationswissenschaft der Universität Wien. Zuvor war sie als Lehr- und Forschungsassistentin bei Prof. Dr. Sabine Einwiller und der Forschungsgruppe für Unternehmenskommunikation (CCom) sowie als studentische Tutorin für Kommunikationswissenschaftliche Forschungslogik und Wissenschaftsphilosophie tätig.

Sie schloss ihr Masterstudium in Kommunikationswissenschaft an der Universität Wien im Oktober 2025 ab und verfügt über einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Journalismus und Kommunikationswissenschaft sowie in Politikwissenschaft. Ihre Forschungsinteressen umfassen Unternehmens- und interne Kommunikation mit einem methodischen Schwerpunkt auf experimenteller und quantitativer Forschung.
