Lea Marie Knabben is Project Manager and Head of Research Communication at the Academic Society. She leads collaboration with the Society’s academic partner network and oversees research and knowledge-transfer initiatives. She also coordinates key events, including the Lea-dership Forum and Hermes Dinner, and fosters exchange between researchers and communication practitioners.

She is pursuing a PhD in Communication Management at Leipzig University, resear-ching the institutionalization of the communication function in Start-ups. Previously, she worked at the Center for Research in Financial Communication.
