Lea Marie Knabben is Head of Research Management & Knowledge Transfer at the Academic Society for Management & Communication. She is responsible for the management of research projects. She is also the main contact person for dialogue and networking formats in cooperation with our partner companies.

Previously, she worked for several years as a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Institute for Communication and Media Studies at the University of Leipzig. In addition, she gained experience in knowledge transfer during her tenure at the Center for Research in Financial Communication and was involved in market and innovation research for several large companies during her studies. She is the recipient of the FGS Global Scholarship in Financial Communication and is currently completing her Ph.D. in Communication Management.
