Miriam Liebelt-Henn, Susanne Marell and Professor Swaran Sandhu join the Executive Board

The Academic Society for Management & Communication, Europe’s leading non-profit think tank for corporate communications, is strengthening its Executive Board with three new members.

With Susanne Marell (Executive Vice President Schwarz Corporate Affairs for Schwarz Group) and Miriam Liebelt-Henn (Head of Communications, Sanofi Germany, Austria, Switzerland), two highly respected leaders from corporate practice are joining the body. As part of the regular rotation, they succeed Anke Schmidt (formerly Fresenius SE) and Susanne Straetmans (Pfizer), who have served the Academic Society in an honorary capacity over the past two years. In addition, Professor Dr. Swaran Sandhu (Stuttgart Media University) joins the Executive Board representing the academic community.

Professor Dr. Ansgar Zerfass (Leipzig University) will continue to serve as Chairman of the Executive Board. Dr. Michael Preuss (Head of Communications, Bayer) has been appointed Deputy Chairman.
