Academic Society for Management & Communication publishes fourth edition of the Communications Trend Radar
For four years, the research team led by Professors Stefan Stieglitz (Business Informatics and Digital Transformation, University of Potsdam) and Ansgar Zerfass (Strategic Communication, Leipzig University) has been researching which developments will influence corporate communication in the near future.
The interdisciplinary study systematically searches for developments in society, management, and technology to uncover trends that will alter the tasks, processes, and roles of communications departments.
For 2024, the Communications Trend Radar identifies five key trends for corporate communications: Information Inflation, AI Literacy, Workforce Shift, Content Integrity und Decoding Humans.
