Dr. Madlen Mammen is responsible for partnership management and the strategic development of the Academic Society for Management & Communication as Interim Managing Director.
In this role, she strengthens collaboration with corporate partners, supporters, and academic institutions, while further developing the organization both programmatically and structurally.
She earned her doctorate in Strategic Communication under the supervision of Prof. Günter Bentele. She brings many years of experience in strategic organizational communication as well as higher education and science communication, including roles at the Humboldt Science Centre for Child Development (HumanKind) at Leipzig University, ZEIT Publishing Group, and Scholz & Friends Agenda.
Her work focuses on advancing communication as a leadership, knowledge transfer, and design function at the intersection of academia, business, and society.
