Professor Sabine Einwiller is Professor of Public Relations Research at the Department of Journalism and Communication Studies at the University of Vienna, where she also heads the Corporate Communication Research Group. Before that, she was a professor at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, where she set up and headed the Master’s program in Corporate Communications/PR. With a background in psychology, Einwiller gained valuable industry experience in public relations at BASF. She subsequently earned her doctorate and habilitation in economics at the University of St. Gallen.
Her research portfolio includes key areas such as employee communication, integrated communication management, crisis communication, and complaint management strategies.
Einwiller has been a member of the Academic Society’s Executive Board and Scientific Advisory Board since January 2023.
