Prof. Dr. Ulrike Röttger is Professor of Public Relations Research at the Institute of Communication Science at the University of Münster. After completing her studies in journalism at the University of Dortmund, she was awarded a doctorate at the University of Zurich. She also trained as a systemic organizational consultant at the Scientific Institute for Consulting and Communication (WIBK) in Paderborn.

Röttger has spent over two decades working as an expert, lecturer, and consultant for companies and non-profit organizations. Her research interests include trust and strategic communication, CSR/sustainability communication, and municipal communication.

Röttger has been a member of the Academic Society’s Executive Board and Scientific Advisory Board since January 2023.
