Leadership Forum 2023 at BMW – A review

On June 15-16, the Leadership Forum 2023 took place at BMW in Munich – a great setting for our annual conference. Fourteen speakers and nearly 50 guests (a record attendance for the Academic Society) attended this year, including the communications directors of our partner companies and the professors of the Academic Society.

It was an inspiring two days on transforming communications with new insights on communicating in times of staff shortages, sustainability, geopolitics and metaverse. The presentations and discussion panels once again highlighted how valuable the exchange of ideas between science and practice is in meeting the challenges of corporate communications and jointly developing approaches to solutions. In addition, there was still enough time to discover the BMW World and the BMW Museum.

A big thank you to Maximilian Schöberl, Alexander Bilgeri and the team from BMW for the invitation to Munich – we couldn’t have asked for better hosts.
