Karen Berger is Managing Director and Head of Communications of the Academic Society for Management & Communications. She is responsible for strategic development, manages both internal and external communications, organizes conferences and events, facilitates knowledge transfer and publications, and handles partner relations.

Karen Berger studied communication and media, business administration, and sociology at Leipzig University and the University of Valencia, with a focus on public relations and marketing. From 2007 to 2014, she worked for Siemens Corporate Communications in Munich and Bangkok, overseeing projects related to issues management and thought leadership.
