The world’s first in-depth study on competency management in corporate communications, conducted by Juliane Krisenbauer at the Leipzig University, reveals the potential, strategies and challenges of managing specific competencies in communications departments.
Study background
The study was conducted as part of Dr. Juliane Kiesenbauer’s doctoral dissertation. She received a grant from the Academic Society to conduct the study.
The study design includes five in-depth case studies at Allianz Group, BASF SE, GIZ GmbH, Robert Bosch GmbH, and Siemens AG.
This complete study was published by Springer VS in 2018.
