Unconference 2026
November 19th 2026 in Darmstadt
AI: Colleague or Communication Collapse?
Content
How can AI be successfully implemented in corporate communications? And what doesn’t work? The Unconference in the fall of 2026 brings together communications professionals with a focus on AI from the Academic Society’s partner companies. The event focuses on open discussion, practical insights, and new ideas for the further development of AI strategies, as well as a discussion of current challenges in the implementation and use of AI tools.
Format
What makes an Unconference special: Participants design the program themselves on-site. Instead of glossy presentations and best practices you’ve heard countless times before, the focus is on open exchange.
What are the experiences with “AI as a colleague” in everyday work? What opportunities and challenges are arising from this? And what does this mean for the organization of communications departments, the required skills, and the strategic contribution of communications?
The unconference creates space for honest insights, joint discussions, and new perspectives – on an equal basis and with a focus on the actual issues that matter to participants.
