For the fourth consecutive year, Professor Stefan Stieglitz and Professor Ansgar Zerfass will present the research findings of the Communications Trend Radar.
Over the past months, the research team has scanned hundreds of business and academic publications to select the most relevant topics from business management, technology, and society. These related fields are usually more difficult to grasp for communicators than developments within the communications sector itself.
As a result, we identified five trends for 2024 – trends that have the potential to change communications profoundly or that offer new opportunities for communicators to position themselves as thought leaders.
